Prepare, implement and monitor policies and procedures for effective and efficient maintenance management systems to maintain ISO 9002 &JCIA Certifications. Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC & Plumbing design review, preparation of BOQ/ Scope of work and site inspections. Review of design drawings for compliance with standard procedures and specifications and recommend alternate methods, if required. Co-ordination to control projects through inspections to monitor work progress for quality, workmanship and conformance with plans and specifications.
